Nightime Skincare
First step is removing all my makeup. I’ve been liking the Solimo makeup remover, a dupe for the popular Neutrogena version. I use Cerave Cream to Foam Cleanser. This is new for the brand and now my favorite cleanser!
After cleansing, while my face is still wet still wet, I apply The Ordinary hyaluronic serum. This helps seel in any moisture loss.
I apply petroleum based Aquaphor around my eyes, nose and on my mouth. This is because I use a prescription strength retinol from Curology and these sensitive areas I need it to be less effective. You can get tretinoin (aka prescription retinol) through a dermatologist. Curology is a virtual dermatologist service (thank Covid) and they customize your formula. Mine contains tretinoin, azaleic acid and clindamycin. I use a pea size amount for my whole face.
After, I apply a thick cream. Right now my skin has been loving the La Roche Posay Balm. Don’t forget a silk eye mask and good nights sleep!
