My current body care favorites lately have been Cerave cream cleansing bar which is a super hydrating cleanser that doesn’t strip the skin. The Neutrogena hydro boost body gel (fragrance free version) has a really lightweight feel formula. I’ve enjoyed using it on my face as well. Amlactin Rapid Relief contains chemical exfoliants that can help with rough and bumpy skin. I use this a couple nights a week and only suitable for body not your face.
